Terms and Conditions of Haug und Partner, Richmond Interiors Sales Partner §1 Applicability to Consumers and Definitions (1) The following Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of order. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity (§ 13 BGB). §2 Conclusion of Contract, Storage of Contract Text (1) The following regulations on contract conclusion apply to orders via our online shop http://www.richmond-moebel.de. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer on their part to conclude a purchase agreement. (4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer makes a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop. The order proceeds in the following steps: 1) Selection of desired goods 2) Confirmation by clicking the "Order" button 3) Review of items in the shopping cart 4) Click the "Checkout" button 5) Registration in the online shop after registration as a guest or customer and entry of login information (email address and, if applicable, password) 6) Further review and correction of the entered data 7) Binding submission of the order by clicking the "Order Now" or "Buy" button Before submitting the binding order, the consumer can use the "Back" button contained in their Internet browser to return to the webpage where customer information is entered and correct any input errors, or by closing the browser, abort the ordering process. We confirm receipt of your order immediately via an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer. (5) Storage of contract text for orders via our online shop: We store the contract text and send you the order data and our Terms and Conditions by email. You can view the Terms and Conditions at any time at http://www.richmond-moebel.de. You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account --> My Orders. §3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date (1) The stated prices include statutory sales tax and other price components. Shipping costs may apply in addition. (2) The consumer has the option of payment by advance payment, PayPal, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). (3) If the consumer has chosen payment by advance payment, they undertake to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract. §4 Delivery (1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for shipment within 7 days. Delivery occurs within a maximum of 14 business days. In the case of payment by advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is sent to the bank handling the transfer, and for all other payment methods on the day after conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next business day. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day deadline expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
