The right to return goods exists within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. Unless these are products with warranty for which we have acknowledged the claim.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw this contract within fourteen days without stating any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you

- took possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are or will be delivered as a single unit;

- or on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or take possession of the last good, provided you have ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;

- or on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or take possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided you have ordered a good that is delivered in several partial shipments or items;

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form provided for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The period is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
